A very real opportunity for teams to measure, understand and develop their effectiveness.
Utilizing the country’s leading profiling tool and the Emotional Intelligence framework, teams
are coached through a journey leaving them with pragmatic action plans, tangible teamship and measurable improvements in fundamentals including: communication, empathy, trust,
alignment, and effectiveness.

An introduction to Emotional intelligence. The trainers take the team through a facilitated discussion about what the concept of EI is and its relevance. |
10.00 |
Ice breaking exercise. |
10.30 |
A series of experiential tasks are undertaken looking at the fundamental scales of; self-awareness, other-awareness and relationship management. The trainer will also be reviewing and expanding on the learning along with the team. |
12.30 |
Lunch served in the Log Barn. |
13.30 |
Awareness is the first step in bringing about real and lasting change and improvement. The afternoon is spent exploring the remaining scales of the EI framework using experiential tasks and facilitated discussions. |
16.00 |
A review is held where the team captures its learning from the day and agrees on how they will implement it both short and long term. |
