Make a Million Event
Dynamic, engaging team exercise – with a twist! Given the brief to accrue a million pounds within a set time, the team have a menu of tasks, each with monetary value (represented by oranges!), to choose from.
At the end of the activity when the target has been achieved, the teams are set one final challenge… To squeeze all their oranges into a container - the team with the most juice, wins!
Once the ‘man from Del Monte’ has said yes to the winners, Champagne is wheeled out and the teams finish the day enjoying their spoils of bucks fizz and good memories!

Welcome, initial brief and positioning of the day. |

The team will establish a leader, deputy, accountant, sub teams and begin planning their approach!
The team will be organized into smaller groups, they participate in and complete various tasks and challenges, chosen by them in order to when their cash (oranges!!) Our trainers are on hand to adjudicate, ensure safety and progress. |

A mini-progress review is encouraged, facilitated by the trainers and with the leaders bringing agreement to the teams approach going forward. |

Lunch served in the Log Barn. |
16.00 |
The team collects, having hit their target, all their oranges and squeeze away. Can the team fill the container to a Million pounds? |
17.00 |
Any last tasks needed to top up the oranges are done and a simple and succinct review is offered by the facilitator. Teams then polish off their Bucks Fizz and Fresh Orange juice and we bid our farewell….! |
