You might think that with such a thrilling range of resources at their disposal, teams competing on our trickiest corporate challenge would have no excuses to come back empty handed. The reality is rather different!

We take the three core elements – Land, Sea & Air and we create spaces in the day to add your own creativity! To get the ideas and excitement flowing, what about these proven formats:

A buzzing sales team might require all things motorised – our Honda-powered buggies, ATV’s and tracked vehicles. A newly integrated team may want to enjoy shared successes on the high ropes course combined with some initiative challenges – an excellent contrast to the high-octane fun. A group of incentive winners might be best rewarded with some off-the-wall fun - shotgun lessons before taking pot-shots at radio controlled aircraft? Sounds wacky? It’s the ultimate “fishing tale” to share with friends and colleagues!

In Powerwaves style, we’ve raised the bar in terms of content, but we weren’t content to leave the job unfinished. Naturally we’ve upgraded the challenges on our 4x4 course; re-designed the team packs to incorporate the latest digital technology and thrown in some brain teasers that will appeal to the most ardent of puzzle-phobes and most importantly we’ve polished the end of day into the most interactive of prize-givings. Digital camera technology combined via plasma screen ensures that no-one misses out on the end of day banter.

And what about budget? The sky is the limit, they say. And we agree! You won't be surprised that with fifteen years experience running events such as these, we know how to plan these events – meticulously. And they do not cost the earth. We admit that Canadian Canoes on the river, mountain bike trails in the forest and our jaw dropping aerial runway are equally successful in bringing on the “grin-factor”!
