Welcome, initial brief and positioning of the day. Objective setting. |

Teams begin on the ice breaking and ‘low challenges’ exercises, bringing down barriers and aligning thinking for the day. |
10.00 |
Ice breaking exercise. |
11.45 |
Group review, sharing experience, learning points and their application to the workplace. The trainer will introduce pragmatic development models as appropriate. |
12.30 |
Lunch served in the Log Barn. |
13.30 |
The trainers brief the afternoon’s activities (high ropes course) and position its relevance and effectiveness. |
14.00 |
The team gets to experience all the elements of the ropes course and the expert facilitation and coaching from the trainers. |
16.30 |
The trainer and the whole group, review the day, the learning, the memories and their effectiveness in the workplace. Succinct and achievable personal action plans are made and farewells are bid. |
