Exploring in Iceland

The Cold Wilderness

The Cold Wilderness lends itself perfectly to an action packed trip in an extra-ordinary location.

Finland

Northern Scandinavia is one of the last remaining wildernesses in Europe and inspires visions of the midnight sun, the Northern Lights, Lapp tribes, reindeer herds, beaver, bear and buzzards. Remote villages like Kuusamo in Finland provide waterfalls, snowmobiles, dog sleds, white water rafting, ice breakers, skiing, ice sculptures, midnight golf, igloos, log cabin hotels and saunas - pure, untouched nature and a real 'smorgasbord' of activities with something for every taste.

Iceland

Following our previous Iceland adventures, we have developed this programme with our clients to produce the ultimate cold wilderness experience. To most, Iceland is an unknown quantity situated on the very edge of the Arctic Circle. In truth, Iceland is a "living" land formed by volcanoes and hot springs that are still active today.

The rugged nature of Iceland is custom built for adventure and challenge. Its diversity of landscapes makes it a unique destination for any traveller. Benefits include: a short access time from the UK; the purest air in the world; 4x4 glacier adventures; snow-mobiling; blue lagoon swimming; river rafting; a very warm, very unique nightlife; firsthand experience of the Icelandic cuisine!

For a fully inclusive two night programme
