We have been delivering the very best corporate events for over 18 years - an indication of our experience and capability when it comes to event management. Time and again our clients say that what makes us different is the team: experienced people in the industry who have worked within a close-knit team which delivers the personal service that our clients like so much.

I'm responsible for the day-to-day management at Powerwaves. Its working with clients and bringing their ideas (and our inspiration) to life that makes the job so much fun. The work matches my lifestyle - I race sailboats in my spare time, so the enthusiasm for our waterbased programmes is all natural! |

I look after the busy operations department. It's a bit like spinning plates - there's always lots of things on the go which means that no two days are the same. After a busy day in the office, I love nothing more than playing rugby with my local club, which is a great way of letting off steam. |

I look after all the client events that our parent company organises. This ranges from the world cup hospitality to new and exciting conferences and dinners in the most unusual locations. I like working on these events as they often involve working with colleagues (and cultures) in other parts of the world. |

I'm responsible for bringing the events to life. The main thing I enjoy is seeing the effect our events have on the guests. It really does have an impact! My attitude is very much work hard - play hard and I bring this approach to the events that I run!

I've joined the Operations Dept as the newest member of the team in 2007. I thrive on a busy & varied day preparing & running events, I love to liase with clients & make sure guests are smiling! After a busy week I enjoy a game of hockey & catching up with friends! |

With 20 years experience in the live events industry (in London mainly), both running my own business as well as sales director for one of the largest companies in the industry, I decided to make a lifestyle move to the south coast. Why? - to go sailing more often - of course! My diverse event background and experience compliment Powerwaves whose enthusiasm and dedication to exceeding clients’ expectations I share. Between us we are often coming up with new and untried ideas – it’s what makes things all the more challenging but also FUN! |
